Confused about how much bacteriostatic water to use for a 5mg BPC-157 vial

I’ve never done any peptide work before and I’m trying to figure out the reconstitution step for BPC-157. I got a 5mg vial and the supplier says to add bacteriostatic water but doesn’t give a exact volume. 5ml and I’m not sure how that changes the concentration or how I’d measure a dose after that.

1ml is 500mcg? 1ml? I’m worried about making it too dilute and having to inject a huge volume each time, or too concentrated and risking irritation. Also once mixed how long does it stay good in the fridge and should I be worried about freezing it?
