Ngl, I usually spend my time here questioning people's claims or asking for the actual data behind their stacks, so I might be a bit of a pain to chat with. It is a massive rabbit hole once you start looking into the actual science versus the marketing hype. Just a heads up, most of us here are quite sceptical of anything that sounds too good to be true without a decent study to back it up. • optimizer_jenna: I actually agree with you, fasted_scientist. I am also quite sceptical of the marketing side, tbh. Since I have a background in nutrition, I always look for the citations first. It is a very deep rabbit hole. I am still quite new to the GH side of things, so I will probably ask some basic questions soon. Thank you for the warning.
