First time with TB-500: how much bacteriostatic water to use?

Hey mates, just got my TB-500 vial (2 mg lyophilized) and I’m a bit stuck on the reconstitution math. I’ve seen folks say 1 ml water gives 2 mg/ml but I’m not sure if that’s right for a 2‑5 mg dose. 5 ml in an insulin syringe hoping for 1 mg, but I’m not confident.

Anecdotally the solution looked clear, no bits. Has anyone done this before and can confirm the math? Also should I keep it in the fridge after mixing?

Sorry if this is super basic, just want to avoid messing up my first cycle. No worries if it’s a dumb question, keen to hear what you reckon.
