CJC and Ipamorelin timing for GH pulses and sleep

I have been messing around with a CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin combo lately, trying to figure out the best way to time it for sleep versus just general GH pulses throughout the day. Ngl, I have noticed that if I take it too close to my evening meal, the GH spike seems a bit blunted. It could just be my own experience, but I reckon the insulin spike from food is messing with the efficacy.

For me, it seemed to work best when I was strictly fasted for at least two hours before the dose. I have been doing a dose before bed to see if it helps with recovery, and I have felt a bit more rested when I wake up, though I cannot say for sure if it is the peptides or just better sleep hygiene. I am also curious if anyone else has tried splitting the dose to get a daytime pulse.

I am worried about water retention if I push the dose too high, so I have been keeping it on the lower end of the research ranges for now. Has anyone actually tracked their sleep quality or body comp changes on a specific timing? I am keen to see if there is any real logic to the AM versus PM debate or if it is all just guesswork.
