Thoughts on moving from semaglutide to CagriSema?

I have been on semaglutide for a few months now and for the most part, it has been a beauty for keeping my appetite in check. My weight loss has been steady, but I am starting to notice a bit of a plateau in my scale numbers and my energy levels feel a bit stagnant lately. I have been reading a lot about CagriSema lately, specifically how the addition of cagrilintide might hit those satiety centers in the brain differently than just the GLP-1 pathway alone.
I am curious if anyone here has made the switch or tried the combo? I am a bit worried about the side effect profile, especially since the dual-pathway approach seems like it could be a lot harder on the stomach. For me, the nausea on semaglutide was manageable if I titrated slowly, but I do not want to end up with constant vomiting if the amylin analog makes things more intense. I am also trying to keep an eye on my muscle mass through my training, so I am wondering if the extra weight loss potential comes with a higher risk of losing lean tissue. Has anyone actually tracked their body composition through a transition like this? Imo, the data on the dual action looks promising, but I am cautious...
