How do I work out the dose from a 5mg NR vial for a beginner stack?

Hey folks, I’m completely new to peptides and just got a 5mg vial of NR (nicotinamide riboside). I’ve read that the typical oral dose is somewhere between 250‑1000 mg per day, but I’m totally lost on how to translate that into how much bacteriostatic water to add and how much to pull into a syringe. I’ve seen people talk about “mg per ml” after reconstitution but I’m not sure if I’m supposed to aim for a certain concentration or just dilute it all and then measure out the volume I need.
Could someone walk me through the maths step by step, assuming I want to start at the lower end of the range? Also, if I’m planning to stack NR with Kisspeptin‑10 and Gonadorelin later, does the reconstitution method change for each peptide or can I use the same water volume for all? Thanks for any beginner‑friendly tips.
