Adding amlexanox to semaglutide – has anyone seen a change?

2 mg once a week for about four months now. The initial weight loss was steady but I’ve hit a plateau for the last six weeks and my appetite creeps back in the evenings. I read about amlexanox as a TBK1/IKKε inhibitor that might boost energy expenditure and came across the typical research range of 25‑100 mg three times daily.
I’m curious if anyone here has tried stacking a low dose of amlexanox with their semaglutide routine, especially just to see if it nudges the scale or changes how full they feel after meals. For me the main thing I track is morning fasting glucose and HRV, so I’d watch those closely if I experimented. I’m not looking for a miracle, just wondering if the combo has seemed to help anyone break a stall or if the GI side effects stack up badly.
Any personal anecdotes or things to watch for would be great, eh. Give'r.
