Tracking lipid changes while trying low-dose oxandrolone, any tips

I’ve been experimenting with a low dose of oxandrolone (10 mg split twice daily) for the past six weeks to see if it helps with lean mass retention during a cut. As a numbers person I got baseline bloodwork before starting – HDL, LDL, triglycerides, ALT, AST. 4 mmol/L.
Liver enzymes stayed within normal range but ALT edged up from 22 to 28 U/L. I felt fine otherwise, no noticeable skin changes or mood shifts. I’m wondering if others have seen similar lipid shifts at this dose and what strategies you use to mitigate them – maybe adding omega‑3, tweaking diet, or cycling off sooner.
Also curious how often you repeat labs when running something like this. Would love to hear your data‑driven approaches....
