Questions about combining Urolithin A and Spermidine for mitophagy

I have been reading a lot lately about cellular recycling and how we can support it as we get older. It is actually quite fascinating how many different pathways there are to trigger autophagy. Tbh, I am feeling a bit overwhelmed by the options.

I am looking into Urolithin A because I am interested in the mitochondrial side of things. From what I have read, it seems to focus on mitophagy, which is the recycling of the damaged mitochondria specifically. I also see a lot of talk about Spermidine for general autophagy.

Since they work on slightly different mechanisms, I am wondering if people have any experience using them together. Does it seem like a good idea to stack them, or is that just unnecessary? I am also curious if anyone has noticed a difference in their daily energy levels since they started using these. I am still very new to this and I want to be careful about how I approach it. I would really appreciate any thoughts or if anyone has links to more specific research on the two combined. Thanks for the help.
