Noticing oily skin and mild acne after starting low-dose DHEA – anyone else?

I’ve been taking 25 mg of DHEA each morning for about three weeks now, mostly to see if it helps with my energy levels and recovery after physio shifts. I’m tracking my HRV and sleep, and those seem stable, but I started noticing my face getting oilier around the T‑zone and a few small pimples popping up along my jawline. It’s nothing severe, just enough that I’ve had to wash my face twice a day and switch to a lighter moisturizer.

I did a quick blood test before starting and after two weeks, and my total testosterone went up a bit while estradiol stayed in the same range. I’m wondering if the skin changes are a common side effect at this dose or if I should split the dose or take it every other day. Has anyone else noticed similar skin stuff with low‑dose DHEA, and did you find a tweak that helped?...
