Adding amlexanox to semaglutide to help with a plateau?

I have been on semaglutide for a few months now and the weight loss has been pretty steady, but I am starting to hit a bit of a plateau. My scale hasn't moved more than a few hundred grams in three weeks, even though my food tracking is still super consistent. My HRV has stayed stable and I am not feeling particularly nauseous, so I am wondering if adding something else might help nudge my metabolism.

I have been reading up on amlexanox and how it might help with insulin sensitivity by inhibiting those TBK1 and IKKε kinases. The idea of restoring some thermogenesis sounds interesting for breaking through a stall, but I am a bit cautious about the GI side effects like diarrhea or dizziness.

Has anyone here actually tried combining amlexanox with a GLP-1? I am curious if you noticed a change in your daily energy expenditure or if it just felt like more of the same. I am trying to be careful with my data and not just chase a number on the scale, but I would love to hear if anyone has had a positive experience with this combo for stubborn weight... Imo it could be a beauty if the side effects are manageable.
