Injectable biotin for hair and skin – anyone tried it?

Hey folks, I’ve been looking into biotin because my hair feels thinner lately and my nails break easily. I saw that some clinics offer injectable biotin instead of the usual pills, saying it bypasses gut absorption and gives higher bioavailability. Tbh I’m a bit skeptical – does the injection actually make a noticeable difference compared to taking a regular supplement?

I haven’t tried it myself yet, just read the description that mentions 1‑10 mg IM once or twice a week for hair, skin and nail support. Has anyone here tried the injectable form? If so, how did it seem to affect your hair growth or nail strength? Did you notice any side effects like soreness at the injection site or acne?
