Low-dose rapamycin once a week – what changes have you noticed?

I started taking 4 mg of rapamycin every Saturday morning after reading about its mTOR inhibition and autophagy activation. Tbh I was skeptical but wanted to see if any subtle shifts in energy or sleep would show up for me. The first few weeks I felt a bit more tired in the afternoons, almost like a mild flu, but that faded after a month.
Now I notice I wake up easier on Mondays and my skin feels a tad smoother, though I also use a Matrixyl serum so it’s hard to tell what’s doing what. I keep a simple log of bedtime, resting heart rate from my watch and how I rate my focus during teaching days. Nothing dramatic, just a slight edge in recovery after my evening walks.
I’m planning to get basic bloodwork next month to check lipids and liver enzymes just to be safe. Has anyone else tried a weekly low dose and noticed similar or different things? Any tips on what biomarkers to track besides the obvious ones? I’d appreciate any links to human data you’ve found reliable, especially from European sources.
