CJC and Ipamorelin timing for GH pulses and sleep

I have been messing around with a CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin combo lately to see if I can get better sleep and maybe help with recovery. Ngl, I was reading some stuff about how the timing of the pulse matters quite a bit if you want to avoid messing with your blood glucose too much.

For me, I have been taking it about thirty minutes before bed on an empty stomach. I reckon it helps with the sleep quality, as I seem to feel a bit more rested when I wake up, but I am not totally sure if it is the peptides or just a placebo effect. I have also noticed a bit of water retention in my hands in the mornings, which I guess is pretty common with these sorts of things.

I am curious if anyone else is running a split dose, like taking a bit in the morning and then more at night? I am a bit worried about hitting a saturation point where I am not getting much extra benefit but am just increasing the risk of side effects like insulin resistance. Does anyone have any actual data or even just their own experience with how the timing affects the actual GH pulses?
