Orforglipron + low‑dose BPC‑157 for appetite and gut recovery – any thoughts?

I’ve been running Orforglipron at 20mg each morning (oral, no fasting) and BPC‑157 250mcg subQ before bed for the past three weeks. I’m an ICU nurse so my gut takes a hammer from shift work and irregular meals, and I figured the GLP‑1 might help with appetite while the BPC‑157 could support mucosal repair. For me it seemed to curb cravings a bit and I’ve noticed less bloating, but ngl it could just be placebo or the fact I’m sleeping more on nights off.

I’m curious if anyone’s seen any data on mixing an oral GLP‑1 agonist with a healing peptide like BPC‑157 – does the systemic GLP‑1 effect interfere with local tissue repair, or are they basically independent? Also, any tips on timing the BPC‑157 dose relative to the Orforglipron peak (I think its half‑life is around 30‑odd hours)? Would love to hear what stacks you’ve tried or what studies you’ve come across, just keep it anecdotal please.
