What does BW mean in peptide protocols and how do I use it?

I keep seeing BW written in the protocols I’ve found online and I’m not sure what it stands for. Ngl I felt a bit lost when I tried to reconstitute my 5mg BPC-157 vial because the guide just said “add BW” without any numbers. I’m guessing it’s bacteriostatic water but I’m not 100% sure and I don’t want to mess up the dose.

Can someone explain exactly what BW means and how much I should use for a standard 5mg vial? Also, once it’s mixed, how do I figure out how much to inject if I want, say, a 250mcg dose? I’ve read that you need to do some maths with the total volume but I’m still confused about the steps.
