Injection site reactions with CagriSema – what I’ve seen so far

4mg once weekly. I’m a data‑driven person so I log injection sites, any redness, and how I feel afterwards. The first two shots were fine – just a tiny pinch.
By the third week I noticed a small raised bump about the size of a pea on my thigh, with mild itching that lasted a day or two. I rotated to the abdomen for the next dose and got a similar reaction, though less intense. I started using a cold compress for five minutes right after the injection and that seemed to calm the irritation.
I also wipe the skin with an alcohol swab and let it dry completely before injecting. My HRV hasn’t shown any obvious dip, and my fasting glucose stays stable, but the skin thing is annoying enough that I’m thinking of trying a smaller needle or splitting the dose across two sites. Has anyone else seen similar local reactions with this combo?
Would love to hear what’s worked for you, eh. For sure it’s not a deal‑breaker but worth tracking. Give'r.
