Testing the Superman stack vs just CJC and Ipamorelin

I have been thinking about moving from a simple CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin setup to the full Superman stack (CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin + MK-677) to see if the extra IGF-1 elevation is actually worth it. Ngl, for me, the CJC and Ipa combo has been brilliant for my sleep quality and recovery after long shifts. I find that taking them together at night seems to give me a much cleaner pulse without the massive hunger spikes I used to get with GHRP-6.
However, I am curious if adding 25mg of MK-677 daily makes a massive difference in body composition or if it just results in more water retention and higher fasting glucose. I have heard people say the 24/7 elevation from the MK-677 is the real game changer, but I am a bit skeptical about the trade-offs. Does anyone here actually feel a noticeable difference in muscle recovery when you add the MK-677 to the GHRH/GHRP duo? Or does it just feel like you are mostly dealing with increased hunger and feeling a bit bloated? I would be keen to hear if anyone has data or just their own experience on the two different approaches.
