Trying quercetin as a senolytic – any tips on dosing or sides?

Hey folks i’ve been reading about quercetin as part of the fisetin/dasatinib senolytic combo and decided to give it a go on my own just to see how i feel. I started with 500 mg once a day with breakfast after reading the typical range is 500‑1000 mg daily. For the first three days i noticed a bit of mild stomach gurgling but nothing major, and my usual post‑run soreness seemed a tad less intense – though that could just be placebo or the extra rest i’ve been getting.
I’m curious if anyone here has tried a higher pulsed dose or paired it with fisetin and what sides you ran into. Also wondering about timing – does taking it with food cut the absorption too much? For what it is worth i’m keeping a simple log of fasting glucose and sleep quality to see if anything shifts over a couple of weeks. Keen to hear your experiences and any cautions you’ve picked up, especially around kidney function or drug interactions since i’m on a few other supplements.
