PE 22-28 peptide – anyone seen human data yet?

Just came across the entry for PE 22-28 on the peptides database – it’s a spadin‑derived TREK-1 blocker that’s shown fast antidepressant effects in animal models by boosting neurogenesis and synaptogenesis. For what it is worth, the preclinical stuff looks pretty neat but the page says no established human dose, unknown safety and no approved use yet. I’m keen to hear if anyone’s stumbled across a small human trial or a case report i missed.

Seems like the kind of compound that could be interesting for mood or recovery work, but i’d want to see some basic toxicity data before even thinking about trying it. What do you think – is this one worth watching closely or just another preclinical curiosity? Drop any links or thoughts if you’ve got them.
