MK-677 vs CJC/Ipa combo for sleep quality and hunger management

I have been looking into switching from my current CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin stack over to just using MK-677. Ngl, the CJC/Ipa combo seems to work alright for me for recovery, but I find the timing is a bit of a headache when I am working long shifts. I usually try to dose them before bed to help with sleep, but it can make me feel a bit groggy the next morning.
I have been reading about MK-677 and the way it mimics ghrelin to keep GH and IGF-1 elevated for longer since it has a much longer half-life. It seems more convenient to just take it once a day in the evening, but I am a bit wary of the appetite side of things. I have heard from others that the hunger can be pretty intense, and I am not sure if I want that constantly happening.
Does anyone here actually prefer the sustained elevation of MK-677 over the pulsed approach of secretagogues? I am also curious if anyone has noticed a massive difference in sleep quality between the two. I reckon the convenience is tempting, but I do not want to end up constantly snacking all through the day.

- tyler589: The convenience is definitely there, sir, since you do not have to deal with needles every day. For me, MK-677 felt much heavier on the appetite. I found myself wanting to eat everything in the kitchen, tbh. It is a different kind of hunger compared to the CJC/Ipa pulse. Regarding sleep, I felt a deeper sleep with MK-677, but the morning grogginess was actually worse for me than with the peptides... It took me a while to fully wake up. If you are worried about snacking, maybe try a lower dose f
