CJC and Ipa timing for sleep vs morning hunger

I have been playing around with my CJC and Ipamorelin timing lately and I am a bit conflicted. Ngl, I used to just dose everything before bed because I thought it would help me sleep better and help with recovery. For me, it seemed to work okay for sleep, but the hunger the next morning was absolutely mental. I would wake up feeling like I had not eaten in days, which was a bit of a nightmare for my fasting window.
I tried moving the dose to earlier in the evening, maybe a few hours before bed, but then I felt like I was missing that big GH pulse during deep sleep. I am also curious if anyone has tried splitting the dose. Like, doing a smaller amount in the morning and then the main dose at night. I reckon that might help steady the hunger levels, but I am not sure if that actually makes sense for the pulses. Has anyone actually looked at the maths on how that affects the total GH output over twenty four hours? I am not looking for a specific dose, just wondering if anyone has found a better way to balance the sleep benefits with the hunger side effects.
