Observations on CagriSema satiety versus semaglutide monotherapy

I have been tracking my data closely since switching from semaglutide monotherapy to CagriSema, and the difference in my satiety signals is pretty noticeable, imo. On just semaglutide, I would usually hit a wall with appetite suppression around week six or seven, and I would start feeling those little hunger pangs again, especially in the evenings.

Since starting the CagriSema combination, that hunger signal seems much more muted. It feels like the cagrilintide part is doing something extra with the area postrema satiety centers to keep things steady. My glucose trends have been more stable too, which is a beauty to see on my continuous monitor.

The main trade off for me has been some increased GI discomfort. I am definitely feeling more bloating and some mild nausea compared to when I was only on semaglutide, though it is not as bad as the initial titration phase was. I am curious if anyone else has noticed a similar shift in how long the fullness lasts, or if the nausea is just a common part of the dual pathway approach... I am trying to figure out if it is just my body adjusting or if it is a permanent change in how I process things.
