Thinking about adding amlexanox to my semaglutide routine

I have been on semaglutide for a few months now and the weight loss was great initially, but I am starting to feel a bit of a plateau. My weight has stayed pretty much stagnant for the last three weeks, even though my food intake is still low. I have been reading about amlexanox and its role in inhibiting TBK1 and IKKε kinases to help with insulin sensitivity and energy expenditure.
I am curious if anyone here has actually tried combining the two. For me, the semaglutide handles the appetite side perfectly, but I am wondering if amlexanox could help with the metabolic side or that stubborn fat that just won't move. I am a bit wary of the GI side effects like diarrhea or dizziness, though, since I already deal with some mild nausea on semaglutide.
I am trying to keep my data organized and I would love to hear if anyone has seen a shift in their metabolic markers or just general weight trends after adding it. It seems like a potential way to get a bit of a metabolic reset, imo. If you have experience with this, please share your thoughts...
