Getting started with topical hair research

I am fairly new to all of this and am trying to make sense of the different topical options for hair. I have been reading about RU-58841 and GHK-Cu, but the more I look, the more confused I get about how people actually combine them.

For me, the biggest hurdle is just understanding the different mechanisms. I read that RU-58841 is a non-steroidal anti-androgen that blocks DHT at the follicle level, while GHK-Cu is more about growth factors and angiogenesis. Fwiw, I am a bit nervous about the idea of applying multiple things to my scalp every day. Is it common to stack these, or is it better to just pick one and see how it goes?

I also see people mentioning TB-4 for stem cell activation. It seems like a lot to manage if you are just starting out. Does anyone have advice on how to approach a first protocol without overcomplicating things? I would rather start simple and see what happens before trying a massive stack. Any tips on what to watch out for with scalp irritation would be grand.
