Adding 5-Amino-1MQ to semaglutide to fight a plateau?

I am hitting a bit of a wall with my semaglutide lately. I have been on a steady dose for a while now and my weight loss has just stopped moving, even though my appetite is still pretty much non-existent. For what it is worth, my energy levels are also feeling a bit sluggish, which is frustrating since I am trying to stay active.
I was reading up on the Apollo stack and looking at 5-Amino-1MQ as a way to help with metabolic rate. From what I understand, the 5-Amino-1MQ part is supposed to work on the cellular level by inhibiting NNMT to boost NAD+ levels, rather than just suppressing appetite. Since semaglutide already handles the food intake side for me, I am wondering if adding a small molecule inhibitor like that might help kickstart my metabolism again.
Has anyone here tried combining a GLP-1 with 5-Amino-1MQ? I am curious if you noticed any changes in energy or if it just caused more GI discomfort. I am also slightly worried about insomnia if I take it too late in the day, as that is a noted side effect. 🥗
