Increased hematocrit and blood thickness concerns with testosterone

I have been reading a lot about the different esters lately, specifically /peptides/testosterone-cypionate and /peptides/testosterone-enanthate. I am actually quite worried about the blood work side of things. It seems like one of the main risks mentioned is erythrocytosis, which is just a fancy way of saying your red blood cell count gets too high.

If the blood becomes too thick, that sounds really dangerous for cardiovascular health, tbh. I read that this can lead to a higher risk of clots. Since I am still quite new to understanding how these compounds affect physiology, I am trying to figure out how people actually monitor this safely.

Does anyone here do regular blood work to check their hematocrit levels? I am curious if you notice any physical signs that your blood might be getting too thick, like headaches or dizziness, or if it is something you only see on a lab report. I want to be very careful about safety and avoid any unnecessary risks. If you have experience with this, I would appreciate any insight, but please remember I am just looking for personal anecdotes.
