Thoughts on Vilon for immune regulation and aging?

I have been reading more about the Khavinson bioregulators lately, and I found the information on Vilon /peptides/vilon quite interesting. The idea that a simple Lys-Glu dipeptide can actually bind to DNA to modulate gene expression sounds a bit too simple to be true, tbh. I am always skeptical when I see claims about anti aging tissue effects without more Western clinical data to back it up.

Still, I am very interested in immune regulation since I have been feeling a bit run down lately. I wonder if these short signal peptides are REALLY as effective as the more complex ones we usually discuss here. It seems promising because the courses are short, but I cannot find enough independent citations that I trust.

For those of you who have tried Vilon, did you notice any actual difference in your recovery or general health, or does it feel like a placebo? Also, since the Western data is limited, how do you decide on a safe dose? I would appreciate any a real experience or links to actual trials. Thank you!
