GHRP-6 appetite vs Ipamorelin for night time use

I have been messing around with different GH secretagogues lately and the difference in how they affect my hunger is mental. Ngl, I used to think it was all the same once you got past the initial GH pulse, but I was wrong.

I tried a bit of GHRP-6 a few weeks ago and the appetite stimulation was just ridiculous. It felt like a massive wave of hunger that I could not ignore, which made it a bit of a nightmare when I was trying to stick to a specific meal plan for my training. It also felt like it might have bumped my cortisol a bit because I felt a bit wired for a while.

I have mostly switched over to Ipamorelin for my nightly routine now. For me, it seems way more subtle. I do not get that intense, overwhelming hunger, so it is much easier to manage my food intake before bed. I reckon it is a lot cleaner for sleep, though I am not entirely sure if the GH pulse is actually as robust as the GHRP-6 was. Has anyone actually looked into a direct comparison of the GH output between the two? I would love to see some actual data rather than just people saying one is better than the other.
