TB-500 and BPC-157 for chronic meniscus irritation?

I have been dealing with some persistent meniscus irritation in my left knee for a few months now. It is not a full tear, but the inflammation is quite annoying when I try to do any heavy lifting or even long walks. I have used oral BPC-157 on its own before, and it seemed to help the gut side of things, but for this specific joint issue, it does not feel like enough?
I am thinking about moving to the Wolverine stack, which is the BPC-157 and TB-500 combination. I read that BPC-157 helps with the local angiogenesis at the injury site while TB-500 provides that systemic signaling for cell migration. Fwiw, I am a bit nervous about the injection site reactions with TB-500. Has anyone here used this specific combination for meniscus issues?
Also, I am curious about the frequency. For me, the idea of doing TB-500 twice a week feels like a lot of needles, but I want to get this sorted. Should I stick to the standard loading phase of 2mg or 2.5mg twice a week, or is there a better way to approach it for joint tissue? Just my own experience with knee pain, but it is getting frustrating?
