Oxandrolone and lipid changes, anyone else seeing big HDL drops?

I have been doing some reading on Oxandrolone (Anavar) lately because I am interested in its profile for body recomposition. It seems like a pretty mild option compared to other things, especially since it does not aromatize to estrogen. However, I am getting a bit worried about the impact on lipids.
From what I have gathered, it is basically known for causing lipid disruption, specifically a decrease in HDL (the good cholesterol). I have not started using it myself yet, but I am curious if anyone here has actually tracked their bloodwork while using it?
For me, the idea of messing with my cholesterol levels is a big concern. I want to make sure I am not trading muscle gains for long term cardiovascular issues. Does anyone have experience with how much of a drop they saw? Also, did you find that taking things like fish oil or NR helped manage those changes at all, or is it just something you have to accept? I am definitely going to get bloodwork done before I even think about starting, but I would love to hear about your actual experiences with the side effects.
