Concerns about lipid changes with oxandrolone

I have been reading a lot lately about oxandrolone for body recomposition, but the safety profile is making me quite nervous. Tbh, I am mostly worried about the impact on cholesterol. I saw some discussions about how it can cause big drops in HDL levels. Since I am quite careful about my cardiovascular health, this is a major concern for me.

I am also seeing mentions of potential liver stress from oral compounds. It seems like even though it is described as a milder anabolic, it still puts some pressure on the system. I want to understand if people are actually seeing these lipid changes in their bloodwork or if it is just a theoretical risk for most.

If anyone has done regular bloodwork while using this, could you share what you noticed? I am particularly interested in the HDL and LDL ratios. I also wonder if there are specific ways to monitor liver enzymes more effectively during research. I would appreciate any insights or if anyone has links to actual studies regarding these specific side effects. It is actually quite scary when you look at the potential for long term disruption.
