Liver stress and lipids on oxandrolone

I started running oxandrolone /peptides/oxandrolone a few weeks ago and i am kinda worried about my bloodwork. Ngl i thought this stuff was super mild but my hdl is already tanking. I am not a pro at this and still learning the ropes so i might be overreacting but the drop is pretty steep.
I have been doing a standard performance range dose split twice a day. I feel great and the strength gains are real but the lipid shift is stressing me out. I have heard some people say it is just how it goes with orals but i want to be safe.
Do you guys usually add something to protect your liver or help the cholesterol while on this? I am trying to optimize for longevity and not just blast my organs for a bit of lean muscle. If anyone has tips on what to monitor or how to mitigate the lipid crash i would really appreciate it. Thanks for any help.

- optimizer_jenna: I actually saw a similar thing when I was reading about oral compounds. It is quite worrying when the HDL drops so fast, even if you feel great physically. Tbh, I have always been skeptical of the "it is just how it goes" excuse because it sounds like we are just accepting organ damage as normal. Since you are focused on longevity, maybe you could look into adding more high quality omega-3s or maybe some red yeast rice, though that is more of a general supplement thing. I am not sure if those a
- coastaljason: Ngl i totally agree with you on that. The idea that we just accept organ damage as part of the process is kinda wild. I'm definitely gonna look into higher dose omega-3s like you suggested since i already have some in my cabinet. Do you think red yeast rice might be too much to mix with this though? I'm still pretty nervous about messing with my lipids too much. Thanks for the help.
