Thoughts on combining GHK-Cu and KPV for systemic inflammation?

I was reading about the KLOW stack recently, which includes KPV alongside GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. Tbh, I am quite skeptical about how much these different pathways actually overlap when you take them together. The idea is that KPV inhibits NF-kappaB to lower inflammation while GHK-Cu works on collagen and stem cell recruitment.

Since I have been looking into skin rejuvenation for a while, I find the GHK-Cu part very interesting, but I am actually unsure if adding KPV is really necessary for systemic issues. It seems like a lot of different mechanisms to manage at once. I always worry about whether we are just adding more complexity without a real benefit. For me, the safety profile of adding more peptides is always the biggest concern.

Does anyone here have experience with the KLOW combination specifically? I am curious if people actually feel a difference in their general inflammation levels compared to just using the GLOW stack or the Wolverine stack. I would love to see more actual data on these multi-peptide combinations because right now it feels a bit like guesswork to me.

  • val109: Im a bit of a data person too, so i totally get the worry about adding too many variables. For me, adding KPV to the mix basically felt like it helped with the gut side of things, which seemed to make the systemic inflammation feel more manageable. It could just be placebo, but i felt less bloated and had clearer skin compared to when i only used GHK-Cu. That said, if youre mostly focused on skin, KPV might be overkill. I think it depends on where your inflammation is actually coming from. If y
  • optimizer_jenna: Tbh i’ve been using GHK‑Cu alone for a few weeks and haven’t noticed any gut changes, just a slight improvement in skin texture. Your point about the gut side making systemic inflammation feel more manageable makes sense – i’m curious whether you’ve tracked any shift in overall inflammation markers since adding KPV. Have you kept any notes on sleep or energy levels?
