Bruising and bleeding with Nattokinase

I started taking Nattokinase a few weeks ago to help with blood viscosity. I am using around 2000 FU on empty stomach every morning. It seemed fine at first but lately I noticed I get bruise very easily. Even small bumps on my arm leave huge purple marks that stay for days. Also when I brush teeth I see more blood than usual.
It makes me worry about how much it is thinning my blood. I am not taking any other blood thinners or aspirin but I am wondering if this is just normal for this enzyme. For me it feels like it is working a bit too well maybe...
Does anyone else deal with this kind of bruising? I want to keep using it for cardiovascular health but I am not sure if I should lower dose or stop completely. Should I get bloodwork done to check clotting factors or is this just something that happens with Nattokinase? I am also curious if anyone has seen this happen when taking it with other supplements for circulation...
