BPC-157 and TB-500 timing for chronic patellar tendonitis

I have been dealing with some pretty annoying patellar tendonitis for a few months now. It is that deep ache right below the kneecap that flares up every time I try to do any heavy squats or even just a long walk. I am looking into trying the wolverine stack to see if I can finally get ahead of it.

I have been reading about the synergy between BPC-157 and TB-500, but I am a bit confused on the logistics of the timing. For me, it seems like BPC-157 is better for the localized tissue repair, while TB-500 handles more of the systemic side of things.

Has anyone here used this combination specifically for tendon issues? I am curious if you found it better to dose the BPC-157 daily and then just hit the TB-500 twice a week like some of the common research ranges suggest. Also, did you find that doing the injections around your rehab sessions made a difference in how the joint felt during movement? I am planning to start some physical therapy soon and want to know if I should time my doses to match my training schedule.
