Rapamycin and autophagy, any tips for beginners?

I have been reading a lot about mTOR inhibition lately and im quite keen to try low dose pulsed rapamycin /peptides/rapamycin to get some of those autophagy benefits? I reckon the idea of cellular recycling is brilliant but i am a bit nervous about starting.
Ngl i have seen people mention mouth sores or lipids going up? I am new to this whole pulsed thing so i am not sure if 3mg or 6mg is a better starting point for someone my age? Does it actually feel like it is doing anything to your energy or skin or is it all just invisible markers?
I have also looked at spermidine /peptides/spermidine because it seems a bit milder for inducing autophagy? Would it be silly to try both or is that just overkill? I want to optimise things but i dont want to mess up my system by doing too much at once? If anyone has a bit of experience with the transition from supplements to actual pharmaceuticals for longevity, i would love to hear how it went for you?
