Thoughts on the senolytic potential of FOXO4-DRI

I was just reading more into the mechanism for /peptides/foxo4-dri and it is kind of wild to think about. The idea that we can selectively trigger apoptosis in senescent cells by disrupting the FOXO4-p53 interaction seems like a huge leap forward compared to older senolytic approaches. Most of the research I see focuses on just clearing out bad cells, but the specificity here is what caught my eye.
I am a little skeptical about the actual transition from animal models to humans, though. The mouse studies showed some hair regrowth and improved tissue function, but that is a long way from real-world efficacy in people. I also noticed that the theoretical side effects include a transient inflammatory response. That makes sense if you are essentially inducing cell death on a large scale, but it still feels a bit daunting...
Has anyone else been looking at the data for the immortality stack that includes this? I am curious if people think combining it with SS-31 for mitochondrial support actually makes sense or if it just adds too much complexity to a protocol...
