Adding KPV to GLOW stack for systemic inflammation

I have been using the GLOW stack for about six weeks now to help with skin texture and some nagging joint stuff, it seemed to work pretty well for my skin, but I am still feeling a bit of systemic inflammation in my hips and knees, so I am thinking about switching over to the KLOW stack to see if that extra KPV makes a difference for the inflammation side of things.
From what I have read, KPV is supposed to inhibit NF-kB which might help more than just the BPC and TB stuff alone, but I am worried about the timing or if I should just layer it on top of what I am already doing, like maybe just adding KPV daily while keeping the rest of my GLOW routine the same.
Does anyone have experience with that kind of overlap, or is it better to just do a clean break and move to the full KLOW protocol? I am also curious if anyone noticed any extra fatigue or anything like that when adding KPV into a stack that already has TB-500 in it, since I sometimes get a little lethargic on the TB stuff alone.
