My thoughts on dihexa and semax for focus

So i have been messing around with some cognitive stuff lately trying to find a better way to handle my writing sessions. I have been doing a bit of a combo with semax and dihexa and i wanted to see if anyone else has tried them together. To be fair i was mostly looking for better focus but the dihexa seems to be doing something quite different.

I have been taking about 10mg of dihexa orally every other day and using semax once in the morning. For me the semax is brilliant for that immediate sharp focus when i sit down to work but it can leave me feeling a bit jittery or overstimulated if i do too much. The dihexa seems to have a more subtle effect on my memory and how quickly i can pick up new info but it definitely gave me a bit of a headache during the first week. I reckon it might just be my brain adjusting to the synaptogenesis or whatever is happening with the c-met activation. Has anyone else found that the semax makes the dihexa feel too intense? I am thinking of maybe adding selank to the mix to chill things out a bit but i am not sure if that is a good shout. 🙂
