My experience with Semax and Selank for work stress

I started playing around with Semax and Selank a few months ago because my brain was feeling very scattered during long shifts? Not gonna lie, I was struggling to stay on task and the mental fatigue was just massive. I decided to try them together since I read that Selank might help with the anxiety part while Semax helps with focus.
For me, Semax seemed to give a nice bit of clarity, like the brain fog just lifted for a few hours. But sometimes I felt a bit too wired or jittery, especially if I took it too late in the afternoon. Adding Selank seemed to help smooth that out? It made me feel a bit more calm and less on edge, which was deadly for when things get hectic.
I have been doing about 300mcg of Semax and 200mcg of Selank intranasally in the mornings. I am still figuring out if I should try the NA Semax version since people say it lasts longer? Does anyone else find the Semax makes them a bit irritable if they do not have the Selank to balance it? 🧠

- nerdydiego: I reckon I had a very similar experience when I first started experimenting with that combination. I found that the Semax gave me a bit of a sharp edge that felt quite grating if I was just trying to sit through a meeting. For me, the irritability was definitely more noticeable if I didn't have the Selank to take the sting out of it. I've noticed that the timing is quite sensitive too, because if I take the Semax after 2pm, I find it quite difficult to settle down for sleep later that night. I
- restless_swims: That sharp edge you mentioned is exactly what I mean, not gonna lie. It was making me feel quite snappy with people at work when I should have been being calm? I also found that taking it after 2pm ruins my sleep totally. Did you find that the Selank helped with that sleep issue at all, or did the Semax just override it regardless?
