My experience with Dihexa and the overstimulation issue

I have been messing around with oral Dihexa lately and I am finding it a bit of a mixed bag anecdotally. I have been sticking to about 10mg every other day to see how I feel. For me, the memory stuff seems quite spot on. I feel like I can grasp new info or complex maths way faster than usual, which is brilliant for my own learning.

The issue is the overstimulation. Even at that dose, I have felt a bit jittery and it has definitely messed with my sleep on the days I take it. It is like my brain is running way too fast and I can't find the off switch. I have read that it is massively more potent than BDNF at driving new connections, so maybe that is just what happens when you kickstart synaptogenesis so hard.

I am thinking about potentially stacking it with Selank to see if the anxiolytic effects help calm the jitters, or maybe just lowering the dose further. Has anyone else dealt with that wired feeling? I am a bit wary about the long term side effects since the safety data is a bit thin. 📚
