Thoughts on the Immortality Stack and senolytics

I was reading more about the Immortality Stack lately, specifically looking at how FOXO4-DRI works alongside things like SS-31 and Epithalon. The idea of targeting several different hallmarks of aging at once is quite fascinating from a biological standpoint. It seems very ambitious to try and hit telomeres, mitochondria, and senescent cells all in one go.

Anecdotally, I have heard people mention that the senolytic part, the FOXO4-DRI, can cause some flu-like symptoms when it is clearing out those old cells. It makes sense if you think about the systemic inflammatory response, but it sounds a bit daunting. I am also curious about the synergy between SS-31 for mitochondrial protection and NAD+ for energy. It seems like a lot of moving parts to manage.

I wonder if people find the cost-intensive nature of such a complex protocol worth it, or if it is better to just pick one pathway to focus on. Has anyone here actually looked into the data regarding the combined effects of these specific components? I find the idea of telomere maintenance via Epithalon very interesting, but I am always a bit skeptical of the hype.
