BPC-157 and LL-37 for stubborn skin tears or scrapes?

Howzit everyone, i have been using BPC-157 /peptides/bpc-157 for my joints and it has been lekker for my shoulder, but i am wondering about surface level healing now. I keep getting these nasty skin tears and scrapes during training that just wont close up properly, honestly feels like they take way too long to scab over.
I saw some stuff about LL-37 /peptides/ll-37 and how it helps with re-epithelialization and disrupts biofilms, which sounds like exactly what i need for these cuts. Has anyone actually tried stacking the two for skin stuff? I am skeptical about whether just using BPC is enough for the skin or if the antimicrobial side of LL-37 makes a real difference in the actual closing speed.
Tbh i dont want to just guess with this, does anyone have any citations or actual experiences with this combo for wound healing? I am curious if the LL-37 is overkill if the wound is already clean, or if it actually speeds up the process. Let me know if you have felt a difference between just using a basic ointment versus these, thanks.

- retired_cycles: I reckon bpc on its own is quite brilliant for the deeper stuff but for surface scrapes it seemed a bit slow for me, and i might have just been imagining it but the skin felt a bit thinner where it healed. Fwiw i tried adding ll-37 a while back and it felt like it helped the edges close up faster, but that could just be placebo since i was also more careful with the cleaning. If the wound is already clean, ll-37 might be overkill, but it seemed to help when things felt a bit sluggish. You shoul
- devin_swims: That part about the skin feeling thinner is interesting, i havent noticed that with my shoulder but it makes me wonder if it does that for surface stuff too. Tbh i usually keep my scrapes pretty clean so maybe ll-37 is overkill, but the closing speed is the main issue for me. Do you remember if you used a specific ratio of the two or just did the same dose for both?
