Anyone actually seeing the magic with cagrisema yet?

I am seeing so much hype about cagrisema lately and i am starting to get impatient. I have been sticking to semaglutide for a while now and the weight loss was fine but it feels like i am hitting a wall. My hrv is decent and my sleep is okay but the scale just refuses to move anymore.

Anecdotally, i have heard people saying the dual pathway thing with the amylin analog makes a massive difference in how long the satiety actually lasts. I am curious if anyone here has actually tried the cagrilintide and semaglutide combo. Did it feel like a massive jump in appetite suppression or was it just a marginal improvement?

I am also worried about the nausea if it is hitting two different pathways at once. I am a total data nerd so if you have been tracking your food intake or caloric deficit while on it, please share. I am trying to decide if it is worth the jump or if i should just stick to my current routine and maybe look into something else like amlexanox to see if i can kickstart my thermogenesis. Let me know what your experience has been.
