Oxandrolone and lipid profile shifts

I was looking over my latest bloodwork today and noticed my hdl took a pretty significant dip, not gonna lie, i was using a low dose of oxandrolone for a few weeks to help with some recovery issues and i thought it would be easy on my lipids since it is generally considered mild, it seems like even at a conservative level my good cholesterol dropped more than i expected, i am curious if anyone else has seen this happen quickly or if it takes longer to manifest, i was doing about 20 mg split into two doses a day, not gonna lie, i am wondering if i should be looking at adding certain things to my protocol to mitigate the cardiovascular side effects or if i just need to stop entirely, i also noticed some slight changes in my liver enzymes though they were not out of the normal range, just slightly elevated compared to my baseline, it makes me rethink how much i can rely on the perceived safety of these compounds without constant monitoring, has anyone else tracked their lipid panels closely while using anavar, i would love to see if there is a pattern in how much the hdl drops relative to the dosage for others, please talk to a doctor about your own bloodwork.
