DSIP morning grogginess and dose titration observations

I have been looking at my sleep data lately after trying out DSIP (/peptides/dsip) to see if I could get more consistent delta wave patterns. For what it is worth, I noticed a pretty significant amount of morning grogginess when I jumped straight in at 300 mcg. It was not just a bit of tiredness, it felt like a genuine brain fog that lasted well into my second cup of tea.
I have been keeping a log of my sleep cycles and my subjective alertness levels each morning. It seems to me that the grogginess is very dose dependent. When I dropped down to 100 mcg, the fog cleared much faster, although I am not entirely sure if my deep sleep quality actually improved or if it was just a placebo effect from feeling more awake.
I am curious if anyone else has experienced this or if you have found a sweet spot for the dose that avoids that heavy feeling in the morning. I am also tracking my heart rate variability to see if there is a correlation between the dose and my recovery scores. If you are trying this, it might be worth starting much lower than the usual research ranges to see how your own system reacts.
