Any experience with lipid changes on oxandrolone?

I am looking into research on oxandrolone for muscle maintenance, but I am a bit worried about my bloodwork. I read that it can cause lipid disruption, specifically decreasing the HDL (the good cholesterol), no?
I am quite cautious with anything that affects my metabolic health, so I want to know what people actually see in their labs. For me, seeing a drop in good cholesterol would be a big deal.
Has anyone here tracked their lipids while using it? I am curious if the changes are usually small or if they are quite significant for most people.
Also, I saw some mention of mild liver stress in the literature. Does anyone feel any actual discomfort in that area, or is it just something that shows up on the blood tests without feeling anything?
I am not looking for advice on what to do, but I want to understand the risks better before I even consider starting any kind of research. If you have any papers or data you found helpful regarding the impact on cholesterol, please share, right? Thank you for help.
