Bpc-157 and tb-500 for chronic patellar tendonitis?

I am dealing with some really annoying patellar tendonitis from heavy squats, no? It has been lingering for months and my physical therapy is slow, so i am looking at adding some compounds to help the recovery process.
Anecdotally, i have heard people talk about stacking bpc-157 with tb-500 for tendon issues. I have been reading about the bpc-157 /peptides/bpc-157 profiles, specifically how it helps with angiogenesis and tissue repair. It seems like a good idea for the tendon, but i am curious about the timing.
Should i be taking the bpc-157 orally as the arginate salt /peptides/bpc-157-oral to help with systemic inflammation, or is it better to just go with the subcutaneous injections for the actual knee area? Also, has anyone here tried using ghk-cu alongside these for skin or soft tissue repair?
I want to be careful with the dosing so i do not overdo it, right? I see some people suggesting 250 to 500 mcg for bpc, but i am not sure if that is the best approach for a chronic issue like this. I would love to hear how your own protocols worked for tendon injuries, if you do not mind sharing.
