Noticed some weird lipid changes with oxandrolone research

I have been reading up on the safety profile for oxandrolone and thinking about how it might interact with my current longevity stack. I am mostly interested in the metabolic side of things because I have noticed that even with mild compounds, the bloodwork can get a little funky if you are not careful. From what I can find, it is known for having a pretty good ratio of anabolic to androgenic effects, but that lipid disruption seems to be a real thing.

It seems like it can really tank your HDL, which is the good cholesterol, and that is something I worry about since I try to keep my cardiovascular markers as clean as possible. I have not actually tried it myself, but I am curious if anyone here has experienced significant shifts in their cholesterol levels or if you found that adding things like fish oil or extra fiber helped keep things stable. I am also wondering if the liver stress is as negligible as people say or if it is something that shows up on a standard CMP after a few weeks. If you have run this, what did your labs look like?
